Manager - Partner Product

About the role

You will lead the Central Digital Transformation team by owning the strategy and execution of digital products designed for our food and local shop partners. Your primary goal is to increase self-service adoption and automate manual tasks to improve operational efficiency across our partner network in the MENA region.

What you'll do

• Increase the self-service ratio by identifying and implementing improvements to partner-facing digital features.
• Minimize manual workload for account managers by automating processes such as refunds, order cancellations, and dispute resolutions.
• Manage the partner portal to ensure it remains an intuitive, primary hub for business management.
• Oversee the regional rollout of new products that boost partner performance and operational efficiency.
• Track and report on product performance metrics across all MENA countries to provide actionable insights.
• Develop data-backed roadmaps to prioritize scalable automation initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team while managing budgets and resources.
• Align product roadmaps by coordinating with regional sales, global teams, and internal product and operations departments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to own program strategy, manage end-to-end delivery, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of product development methodologies and the ability to maintain structured documentation.
• Proficiency in CRM data management, specifically using Salesforce.
• Experience in the food-tech, eCommerce, or consulting sectors.

• Prior work experience within the eCommerce, food-tech, or consulting industries.
