Manager, FP&A

About the role

We are hiring a regional FP&A Manager to join our functional business partnering team. You will work with our foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti brands to translate financial data into actionable business strategies.

What you'll do

• Create and update financial models for strategic planning, cash management, and capital allocation.
• Track monthly financial results and operational metrics, explaining variances and trends to leadership.
• Act as a financial advisor to regional heads, assisting with investment proposals and business cases.
• Partner with logistics, commercial, and operations teams to establish processes and meet performance targets.
• Identify and execute projects to increase revenue and reduce costs while automating reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 8 plus years of experience in FP&A, finance partnering, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• Background in high-growth, tech, e-commerce, logistics, or multinational corporate environments.
• High proficiency in Excel modeling and experience managing large datasets.
• Strong ability to present financial concepts to senior executives and non-finance stakeholders.
• Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Manager position.
