Join the Instashop team to guide our organizational strategy and talent development. You will act as a primary partner to leadership, ensuring our workforce operations align with our broader business goals.

What you'll do

• Advise leadership on organizational structure, culture, and talent strategy.
• Convert high-level business goals into specific human resources initiatives.
• Oversee succession planning and talent reviews to support internal career growth.
• Use data to identify trends in retention, engagement, and organizational health.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Control workforce budgets and planning while supporting recruitment efforts.
• Administer performance review cycles to ensure consistent high performance.
• Coordinate with the Rewards Centre of Excellence to maintain compensation and benefit programs.
• Track HR metrics and system data to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Employment Relations.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in HR Business Partnering.
• Proven track record of influencing stakeholders within complex, matrixed, multi-market organizations.
• Ability to provide structure and direction while working in ambiguous settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience building professional relationships based on trust and collaboration.

Nice to have

• CIPD qualification.
• Coaching background.
• Prior work experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, or high-growth companies.
