About the role

You will oversee the commercial success of our top partners in Bucharest while managing a team of at least five professionals. This role focuses on driving regional growth through strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-backed decision making.

What you'll do

• Manage the full 360-degree business lifecycle for top-tier partners in the region.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5+ employees.
• Create and execute long-term strategies covering growth, promotions, advertising, and operations.
• Track performance metrics to evaluate progress and identify service improvements.
• Build and nurture strong professional relationships with key city partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Standardize best practices and operational processes for wider implementation.

Requirements

• Proven professional background in high-speed environments such as startups, investment banking, top-tier consulting, or major tech firms.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams of 5 or more people.
• Ability to make decisions using data and sound business judgment.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive value for partners and the platform.
• High level of agility and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing settings.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on finding elegant solutions to complex problems.
