Lead, Logistics Performance

About the role

We are looking for a strategic leader to manage logistics performance, rider compensation, and incentive frameworks across 17 regional markets. You will bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and daily operations to optimize fleet behavior and financial sustainability.

What you'll do

• Mentor and develop a team of Specialists, fostering an environment of analytical inquiry.
• Create and maintain a long-term strategy for rider incentives and payment structures.
• Manage the regional rider payment budget while monitoring cost-per-order metrics.
• Oversee the regional deployment of automated tools and data science models.
• Conduct experiments with dynamic pricing, surge models, and quest incentives to improve order acceptance and fleet efficiency.
• Work with the Central Product team to define requirements for payment-related features.
• Provide actionable data-driven recommendations to local Logistics Directors, Finance leaders, and senior management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in logistics, high-growth tech, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
• 1-2+ years of experience managing direct reports or leading complex cross-functional teams.
• University degree in Business, Economics, STEM, or a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data auditing and analysis.
• Fluency in English with the ability to negotiate and present to senior leadership.

• Prior experience in marketplace dynamics, gig-economy operations, or logistics.
