You will function as an internal entrepreneur to expand the groceries division in Kazakhstan. This role requires a comprehensive approach to business management, focusing on data-backed strategies to increase profitability and market reach for our grocery and specialty categories.

What you'll do

• Manage the full profit and loss statement for the groceries segment to boost order volume and user acquisition.
• Direct and mentor the local groceries staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Expand and refine business models for our darkstores and retail partners.
• Partner with procurement, operations, and marketing departments.
• Track and optimize performance indicators including CM1 and user or partner satisfaction scores.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience within retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or the grocery sector.
• Demonstrated history of success in leadership and key account management.
• Broad professional background covering operational, financial, and marketing fundamentals.
• Analytical approach to solving complex business problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuade stakeholders across different functions.
