About the role

You will manage and expand partnerships with major restaurants, serving as a consultant to improve their performance. This role focuses on using data and cross-functional teamwork to increase growth for both our partners and the Glovo platform.

What you'll do

• Maintain ongoing communication with restaurant partners to foster long-term relationships.
• Identify partner business goals to offer strategic advice and operational support.
• Analyze data to improve profitability and operational efficiency for partners and the platform.
• Increase revenue through menu adjustments, marketing campaigns, and promotional strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, including app setup and initial launch support.
• Coordinate with internal departments like finance, marketing, and operations to deliver customized solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business consultancy or high-level account management.
• Professional fluency in both Italian and English.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with daily operational execution.

Nice to have

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Prior experience in the on-demand delivery, food-hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
