About the role

We are looking for a shift leader to oversee daily operations at our PedidosYa market location in Santa Cruz. You will manage staff performance, maintain store standards, and support administrative tasks to ensure efficient service.

What you'll do

• Direct the team and distribute tasks based on daily priorities to optimize productivity.
• Monitor store operations to guarantee quality standards and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and maintain ongoing communication with the store manager regarding team performance.
• Assist the store manager with administrative duties including inventory management, waste control, billing, human resources, and facility maintenance.
• Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and organization protocols.
• Support the store manager in the professional growth and development of team members.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a team leadership role.
• Availability to work shifts between 4pm and 12am with a rotating day off.
• Residency in close proximity to the Equipetrol area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities with a focus on building trust and professional relationships.
