About the role

Join the Glovo team in Barcelona to help drive our social and environmental goals. You will assist in managing partnerships, scaling courier programs, and tracking the performance of our global impact initiatives.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Execute programs aligned with our social impact objectives.
• Coordinate team meetings and provide administrative support for core projects.
• Expand the Courier Learning and Development program to new markets.
• Maintain relationships with NGOs, foundations, and external partners.
• Partner with local and HQ teams to monitor project progress.
• Analyze data and prepare reports regarding country-specific impact metrics.
• Assist in the rollout of environmental sustainability projects.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Sustainability, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional languages relevant to our global operations.
