About the role

The Hero Development Program is a 24 month initiative for Saudi graduates seeking to build professional expertise through rotations in Technology, Operations, Sales, and Quick Commerce. Participants gain experience via hands-on assignments, mentorship, and structured learning to prepare for future leadership or specialist positions.

What you'll do

• Rotate through Operations Excellence and Logistics or Commercial Development and Business Growth tracks.
• Optimize logistics, fleet management, and vendor operations through automation and technology.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve delivery SLAs, and enhance order assignment logic.
• Support sales teams with performance tracking, pipeline management, and the creation of training materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve marketing, CRM channels, and commercial contract efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, MIS, Business Administration, or Marketing (Class of 2024 onwards).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 3.75/5.0.
• Minimum IELTS score of 6.0.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Ownership, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
