About the role

We are looking for a store manager to oversee daily operations and lead staff at our location in Panama City. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing order fulfillment, and ensuring the facility meets all safety and performance standards.

What you'll do

• Manage store operations and coordinate internal teams to ensure administrative and operational compliance.
• Direct pickers to improve utilization rates and reduce order processing times and failure rates.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to establish inventory management processes and stock levels.
• Compare virtual and physical inventory against demand planning inputs to manage replenishment orders.
• Oversee the receipt of goods to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Track fulfillment metrics and suggest improvements to the Field Operations Coordinator to boost profitability.
• Control store budgets and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft, damage, and waste.
• Maintain store infrastructure and equipment while enforcing hygiene and safety protocols.
• Assist with order collection and handovers to delivery riders.
• Handle staff recruitment, scheduling, and professional mentorship for your team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership and professional development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the supermarket or fast food industry.
• Proven background in loss prevention, waste management, and inventory control.
• Must reside near Costa del Este.
• Availability to work primarily during morning and afternoon shifts.
