Finance Systems Project Manager

About the role

You will oversee regional finance systems initiatives for the APAC division by managing project lifecycles and requirements. This role involves leading a project management team to align business objectives with technical roadmaps and ensure successful system deployments.

What you'll do

• Direct complex finance systems projects across APAC to meet scope and timeline targets.
• Oversee the intake and ranking of requirements for the regional Finance Systems group.
• Supervise and mentor a team of project managers to maintain high performance.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical departments to ensure efficient system launches.
• Advise stakeholders on project management methodologies and finance workflows.
• Evaluate risks, track dependencies, and assist with end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate with global teams to integrate and localize finance systems for APAC markets.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and refine existing project management frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong background in SAP ecosystems and their integration within corporate finance.
• Demonstrated history of delivering complex systems projects in multinational environments.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior business leaders and technical staff.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team of project managers or business analysts.
• Capacity to handle multiple regional priorities in a fast-paced setting.
