This position focuses on integrating data into daily commercial and operational decision-making processes. You will support both local and international teams by identifying growth opportunities and establishing the analytical foundation for long-term company strategy.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Build dashboards and monitoring systems to help teams identify and address performance gaps.
• Define and monitor core metrics to maintain visibility into company performance.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to create new methods for delivering internal and external data insights.
• Initiate projects aimed at improving menu quality, content variety, and cross-selling performance.
• Mentor local teams to improve their analytical capabilities and technical standards.
• Manage business projects from initial analysis through to final implementation.
• Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in analytical roles focused on converting data into business actions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong ability to communicate data findings through clear documentation and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English.
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Python, specifically pandas, visualization libraries, and foundational statistics or machine learning.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
