About the role

You will oversee Store Supervisors across various retail partners to guarantee efficient daily picking workflows. This position focuses on maintaining high service standards while managing staff performance and operational output.

What you'll do

• Direct Store Supervisors to ensure consistent execution of picking tasks.
• Track operational metrics such as order accuracy, preparation speed, productivity, substitution rates, and SLA adherence.
• Create and execute strategies to address performance gaps.
• Manage workforce planning, including shift rotations, attendance tracking, and staffing levels based on volume.
• Partner with Fleet, HR, Live Operations, Customer Service, and retail stakeholders to fix issues and improve service quality.
• Perform regular audits, coaching, and reviews for supervisory staff to uphold company policies.
• Evaluate performance data to identify trends and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience within E-commerce, Grocery, Retail, or general Operations.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
