About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Coordinator to manage our hardware inventory and oversee vendor relationships. You will ensure our technical assets are tracked, compliant, and ready for deployment across our operations.

• Track and organize all hardware inventory and software licenses.
• Manage the distribution and allocation of equipment.
• Prepare hardware for use by testing, troubleshooting, and configuring devices.
• Communicate with telecommunications providers and hardware suppliers to handle procurement.
• Use remote support software to fix technical problems.
• Ensure all IT workflows align with vendor contract requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational habits.
• Ability to perform tasks effectively both as an individual and as part of a team.
