Coordinator Field Operations

About the role

You will manage the accuracy of inventory and product data for partner retailers on the InstaShop platform. This position requires frequent on-site visits to retail locations to ensure that digital listings align with physical stock levels.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Visit partner stores daily to verify that in-store inventory matches the InstaShop platform using a handheld scanner.
• Keep system data updated, including product descriptions, pricing, barcodes, imagery, and stock quantities.
• Work with store personnel to track inventory and confirm current availability.
• Identify items that are out of stock and report findings.
• Create daily status reports regarding assortment and inventory health.
• Travel to additional markets to perform these duties as needed.

Requirements

• Capability to handle physical work in a field setting.
• Capacity to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to travel to different locations within and outside the city.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
