Sr. Coordinator Campaigns

About the role

This position involves managing promotional activities alongside retail partners to drive user engagement and platform performance. You will oversee the end to end lifecycle of campaigns, from initial planning and setup to final analysis and reporting.

What you'll do

• Design and execute campaign strategies in coordination with major retail partners.
• Find ways to upsell campaign features to smaller partners while coordinating with the Account Management department.
• Work with partner shops to identify existing discounts for inclusion in platform campaigns.
• Manage the display of deals and promotions within the app, including banners, category icons, and swimlanes.
• Conduct routine audits of active campaigns to verify that pricing and messaging remain accurate.
• Coordinate with CRM, creative, performance, and digital marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor campaign metrics and generate reports for leadership.
• Evaluate performance data to refine future campaign objectives.
• Keep an updated calendar of all current and future promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient campaign delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing or campaign management.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve campaign results.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for data presentation and organization.
• Familiarity with email marketing, social media, PPC, and SEO.
• Experience using analytics software.
