You will oversee data operations within our distribution center to ensure high accuracy in processing purchase orders and stock transfers. This position focuses on maintaining data integrity, guiding shift teams, and supporting logistics workflows to meet daily performance targets.

• Supervise shift-based data processing to ensure all targets for purchase orders and stock transfers are met with total precision.
• Manage the transition between shifts by documenting system issues and pending tasks to maintain operational continuity.
• Direct the daily activities of data coordinators and provide guidance on complex entries.
• Conduct ongoing data audits to identify and fix errors in real-time.
• Prepare performance summaries and reports for management regarding volume trends and operational delays.
• Track team output against key performance indicators and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Train incoming staff on data standards and the navigation of internal systems.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for inbound and logistics teams to reconcile physical stock with digital records.
• Update digital dashboards and logs to support high-level analysis.
• Recommend workflow improvements to address recurring system glitches or errors.
• Manage the digitization and filing of sensitive documentation according to company policy.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in logistics or data management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically with formulas and pivot tables.
• Demonstrated ability to clean large datasets and present them through visual dashboards or reports.
• Solid understanding of supply chain operations, including inventory tracking, purchase order management, and process automation.
• Experience navigating ERP or warehouse management systems.
