Join the Global GRC team at the Glovo office in Barcelona to manage regional compliance activities for Glovo and Pandora entities. You will oversee risk assessments, policy development, and internal investigations while providing expert guidance to senior leadership.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain regional compliance frameworks including Anti-Bribery, Corruption, Sanctions, and Conflict of Interest policies.
• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate control effectiveness and implement necessary improvements.
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing, reporting findings and remediation progress to management.
• Act as the subject matter expert on regulatory topics like the EU Platform Work Directive.
• Provide advisory support to stakeholders and lead internal investigations, including whistleblower cases.
• Deliver training programs to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in legal or compliance functions, ideally in international settings.
• Expertise in regulatory frameworks such as Anti-Bribery, Corruption, Sanctions, and CSRD.
• Experience managing compliance programs independently, from policy creation to issue resolution.
• Proficiency in conducting investigations and assessing risk.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly.
