About the role

Join the Pedidos Ya team in El Salvador to assist in the growth of our commercial division. You will gain hands-on experience by contributing to strategic projects and supporting daily operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Provide administrative assistance to the commercial department and help generate performance reports and metrics.
• Guide new merchant partners through their onboarding process to ensure successful integration and adherence to service agreements.
• Manage the development and testing of a digital tracking bot by coordinating requirements across internal teams.
• Assist with commercial process optimization and track the progress of various improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong interest in commercial operations, data analysis, process automation, and improvement.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external merchants.

• Experience with Canva and Gemini.
