About the role

You will join the Category Management team to refine the shopping experience for our global customer base. Your work focuses on optimizing product assortments, pricing models, and promotional strategies to capture convenience market share.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Organize and sort product assortments to match user preferences
• Manage the strategy for defining and improving product listings
• Execute and analyze dynamic pricing models
• Build scalable workflows for integrating content with key partners
• Monitor and enforce processes to ensure content strategy success
• Improve product content quality
• Oversee promotional campaigns and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Coordinate with local and regional teams to deploy global strategies

Requirements

• Mandatory DID (Dichiarazione di Immediata Disponibilità) obtained at least 1 month before the start date via MyAnpal using SPID
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven problem solving
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Fluency in English and Italian
