About the role

Join the Brands Ads team to assist with operational workflows and the development of new data analysis and cleaning procedures. You will contribute to improving the shopping experience by organizing and sorting product assortments to better meet user requirements.

• Collaborate with the team to establish and execute data cleaning and optimization workflows.
• Identify strategic improvement opportunities and oversee their implementation.
• Provide regular updates and analytical insights to support team best practices.
• Manage the categorization and sorting of product assortments.

Requirements

• Zero to one year of prior experience in a commercial or analytical internship or temporary role.
• Strong analytical capabilities to assist with daily and ad hoc performance reporting.
• Ability to manage internal projects and maintain high operational efficiency.
• Comfort working within a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
• Agility and the ability to function effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on meeting objectives and deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
• Mandatory: Must possess a Dichiarazione di Immediata Disponibilità (DID) obtained at least one month prior to the start date via MyAnpal using a SPID account.
