BPO Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

You will manage the financial operations for our BPO programs by aligning workforce planning with fiscal projections. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of vendor billing, purchase orders, and cost allocation to ensure financial accuracy across our global markets.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Work Force Management team to incorporate headcount and productivity data into our financial planning models.
• Develop annual cost projections for BPO programs, segmented by market, partner, and business vertical for accurate cross-charging.
• Manage the global Purchase Order process, including creation, partner coordination, and tracking of remaining balances.
• Verify vendor invoices against service delivery data to ensure billing matches actual hours and contractual terms.
• Resolve payment escalations to maintain compliance with vendor agreements and operational stability.
• Analyze departmental financial metrics such as Cost Per Contact and Cost Per Order to provide actionable business insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, managing, and presenting financial models, including full ownership of projections.
• Working knowledge of accounting and operational principles with a demonstrated ability to apply GAAP standards.
• Experience managing third-party vendor financial processes, specifically purchase orders, invoicing, and payment cycles.
