About the role
You will work directly under the Country Manager to monitor and improve overall business performance. This role involves collaborating across departments to drive growth and refine operational strategy.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Evaluate business metrics from a comprehensive perspective.
- Collaborate with the Commercial, Marketing, and Operations departments to execute growth initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of pricing, growth, and operational strategies.
- Manage recurring business reviews, including P&L analysis.
- Develop, automate, and standardize reports for core business KPIs.
- Present data insights and reports to the broader team on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
