About the role

You will serve as a core analytical partner to our management team, focusing on the strategic growth of instashop. This position involves evaluating business processes and financial data to drive high-level decision-making across our operations.

What you'll do

• Partner with internal stakeholders to transform data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Examine business performance to uncover emerging trends, operational hurdles, and potential growth areas.
• Build financial forecasts, models, and comprehensive reports to guide business strategy.
• Lead projects from the initial planning phase through to final execution, ensuring all milestones meet company objectives.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and long-term financial planning.
• Design dashboards and presentations to explain complex data insights to leadership.
• Monitor market developments and new technologies to suggest improvements to our current workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or project management.
• Demonstrated history of working directly with executive-level leadership.
• Proficiency in financial modeling via Excel and data visualization through tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience managing projects using platforms such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships across the organization.
