About the role

You will drive operational success for partner shops by managing training programs and refining business processes. This role involves working alongside the Operations and Quality Assurance departments to ensure our partners maintain high performance standards.

• Analyze current workflows to find and fix operational inefficiencies.
• Focus on high-impact areas that directly influence company performance metrics.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of shop launches.
• Determine training requirements for partner staff and create recurring schedules.
• Instruct shop personnel on service protocols, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide performance reports to the Head of Operations.
• Research and implement new technical tools to improve daily operations.
• Maintain the functionality of hardware used by partners, including tablets and desktop computers.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
• Skilled in public speaking and delivering presentations.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Capable of managing complex schedules and organizational tasks.
• Ability to solve problems and execute plans effectively.
• Understanding of commercial practices and current technology trends.
