About the role

You will oversee operational integrity by auditing internal standards and vendor performance across the organization. This position involves investigating policy breaches, managing governance processes, and providing actionable data to leadership to improve site-wide performance.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Perform routine audits of operational sites to verify adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect the use of uniforms, safety gear, and company equipment while monitoring mobile app usage and staff attendance.
• Review vendor documentation including payroll records, timesheets, and staffing contracts to ensure alignment with service agreements.
• Lead investigations into asset misuse or process failures and document findings with clear recommendations for improvement.
• Create performance dashboards and audit summaries to track trends and highlight areas needing management intervention.
• Collaborate with HR, Fleet, Customer Experience, and Vendor Management departments to resolve non-compliance issues.
• Manage the vendor penalty system by verifying that all fines are applied correctly according to established schemes.
• Update audit frameworks and compliance checklists to refine operational governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience within Audit, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Retail Operations, or general Operations.
• Proven ability to conduct field visits and manage oversight across multiple locations independently.
• Strong investigative mindset with a focus on detail and analytical accuracy.
• Professional communication skills for reporting audit outcomes.

• Prior experience specifically focused on operational audits and compliance reviews.
