About the role

You will manage promotional activities and special offers for the instashop platform by coordinating directly with partner retailers. This position focuses on planning, launching, and analyzing campaigns to ensure they meet growth targets and provide measurable returns.

What you'll do

• Maintain consistency for discounts and promotions between partner retail stores and the instashop app.
• Collaborate with partners to track current offers and gather information for future promotional strategies.
• Create campaign schedules, document all activities, and produce reports after each event with suggestions for improvement.
• Oversee the campaign dashboard to guarantee all promotions go live as scheduled.
• Organize a master calendar to track the planning, implementation, and review phases of all marketing efforts.
• Sync campaign schedules with the internal Account Management and Marketing departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
• Professional proficiency in English for both speaking and writing.
• Ability to use Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and slide deck creation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on making decisions based on data.
• Functional understanding of commercial business concepts and current market shifts.

Nice to have

• Previous work history in business development or managing marketing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or comparable image editing tools.
