Senior Analyst Supply Operations, Kazakhstan

You will oversee operational metrics and courier budget management for cities across Kazakhstan. This role focuses on setting performance targets, building analytical tools, and driving data-backed improvements to regional operations.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Establish and monitor monthly and quarterly city performance goals
• Manage the courier cost per order budget
• Create and maintain dashboards to track operational health
• Execute strategic projects and manage daily operational tasks
• Identify and resolve performance deviations through detailed analysis
• Evaluate the impact of new operational procedures using daily metrics
• Design reporting models to support data-driven decision making
• Coordinate with the Supply team to implement process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field
• 1-2 years of experience in high-pressure analytical roles such as consulting, finance, logistics, strategy, or operations
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Ownership mindset with a focus on results and a bias for action
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Experience with AI tools
