Analyst, Planning Excellence (Anaplan)

About the role

Join the Finance team to support the financial stability and growth of our global operations. You will design and implement Anaplan planning models that balance group-level standardization with the specific operational needs of our various brands.

What you'll do

• Develop driver-based planning templates that align with our P&L and FCF structures.
• Analyze and document P&L and FCF drivers, including product, market, and operational assumptions for each brand.
• Create standardized frameworks that account for the unique business models of our entities.
• Pinpoint and record gaps in financial reporting that impact Anaplan models.
• Produce training materials, user guides, and documentation for regional finance teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert during Anaplan User Acceptance Testing and process gap analysis.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in FP&A or financial planning, ideally within corporate or Big 4 environments.
• Proven history of configuring or deploying planning software such as Anaplan, Pigment, or OneStream.
• Deep understanding of P&L and FCF modeling, including unit economics, capital expenditure, and cost allocation.
• Experience working in complex, multi-entity organizations across different business models like SaaS, marketplace, or quick commerce.
• Ability to explain complex financial and system concepts to both leadership and regional teams.
