Sr. Analyst Logistics Performance

About the role

You will oversee logistics operations in the country to drive efficiency and support strategic business choices. This position focuses on tracking key performance indicators, building analytical dashboards, and forecasting trends to refine our supply chain processes. You will collaborate with local and regional teams to create data-driven solutions that minimize risk and optimize performance.

What you'll do

• Track and report on operational KPIs and service level agreements to ensure high performance standards.
• Examine large, intricate datasets to extract actionable business insights.
• Address and resolve logistics challenges by applying findings from your data analysis.
• Propose and implement improvements to boost efficiency across logistics and related departments.
• Utilize statistical modeling and research to forecast future performance trends.
• Build and maintain data visualization tools that align with company objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of performance management initiatives, including ongoing support after launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, ideally in STEM or Information Systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytical positions, preferably within pricing or tech startups.
• Advanced ability to solve problems using complex data sets.
• Strong business judgment and a solid foundation in statistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• High level of computer literacy, specifically with Google Suite or Microsoft Office, including Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint, and Slides.
• Ability to function as an individual contributor in a high-speed work environment.
