About the role

This role involves managing the most significant accounts for Glovo Spain. You will be responsible for the full client relationship, commercial strategy, and daily operations for a select group of key national brands. This position requires strong business judgment and meticulous attention to detail.

What you'll do

• Serve as the main contact for your client portfolio, building trust and understanding their business goals.
• Prepare and lead quarterly and monthly business reviews, presenting data-driven narratives and action plans.
• Monitor account performance against key metrics and propose strategic changes when necessary.
• Implement commercial initiatives, including promotions, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal departments like Finance, Operations, Ads, and Marketing to ensure commitments to partners are met.
• Develop structured commercial proposals, account plans, and investment cases to foster growth.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in senior account management or client-facing commercial roles.
• Proven ability to navigate senior commercial discussions and achieve results in complex, high-value client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
• Highly organized and dependable, capable of managing a demanding workload while maintaining accuracy.
• Competent in interpreting data from dashboards and spreadsheets to support commercial arguments.
• Full professional fluency in English.
