Join the Glovo team to support small and medium-sized business partners in the restaurant and retail sectors. You will manage a portfolio of local brands, focusing on revenue growth, operational improvements, and long-term partnership development.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with partners through regular check-ins and business reviews.
• Track portfolio performance against company OKRs and KPIs.
• Execute growth strategies, including menu optimization, marketing activations, and promotional negotiations.
• Secure exclusive agreements to improve platform content.
• Increase revenue through commission adjustments and the sale of platform assets.
• Manage inactive or churned accounts with targeted recovery plans.
• Enhance partner operational efficiency to ensure high service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business consultancy or high-performance account management.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Strong commercial, communication, and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to solve problems analytically.
• Competency in MS Office, Google Docs, and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to have

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Public Relations.
• Professional background in on-demand delivery, food-hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
