Join the Glovo Partners & Brands team to manage relationships with high-profile restaurants and retail brands in Bulgaria. You will drive growth for these partners through strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and performance analysis.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow relationships with top-tier partners via regular meetings and business reviews.
• Negotiate promotions and marketing activations to improve conversion rates and order values.
• Onboard new major partners to the platform.
• Analyze partner performance metrics and create reports to drive operational improvements.
• Lead commercial renegotiations to ensure sustainable partnership economics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close new deals.
• Provide partner feedback to internal marketing and product teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fast-paced sectors such as startups, FMCG, retail, telecom, advertising, or hospitality.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with external partners to align on strategic growth.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing large market players.
• Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making based on performance metrics.
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Bulgarian and English.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office, specifically Excel.

• Professional background in the on-demand delivery, food, or hospitality industries.
