About the role

Glovo is seeking an analytical intern to support the 3PL team in Spain as they refine their delivery operations. You will manage projects, build efficient workflows, and maintain data dashboards to optimize the performance of our third-party logistics network.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and track operational initiatives across the Spanish 3PL provider network.
• Design and implement repeatable processes to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Develop small-scale automation solutions to reduce manual administrative tasks.
• Build and update dashboards to monitor fleet KPIs and order volume efficiency.
• Assist in the deployment of new operational features and internal tools to 3PL partners.
• Partner with Strategy, Operations, Tech, Finance, and Legal departments to integrate new supply network processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in data management and dashboard creation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Native or fluent Spanish and high working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools, scripting, or advanced spreadsheet macros.
