Technical Integrations Manager

About the role

This position involves overseeing the integration processes and relationships with various external partners and internal teams. You will ensure project transparency and drive successful completion of technical integrations. This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in the London office and reports to the Senior Technical Integrations Manager.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Plan and manage all stages of project integration, from initial preparations and kickoffs to communication and product adoption for key accounts.
• Oversee the complete technical integration lifecycle for partners, including testing, user acceptance, and production deployment, collaborating with engineering and product to resolve issues.
• Develop specific rollout plans for each project, define go-live criteria and ownership, track and resolve issues, and communicate progress across the business.
• Manage relationships with both external partners and internal teams to align goals, communicate changes, and provide support throughout the product release cycle.
• Identify areas for process improvement after each launch and implement necessary changes across product, engineering, business, or POS teams.
• Collect and summarize partner feedback on products, then share this with Product Management to help with prioritization.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in Technical Integrations Management, Technical Programme Management, or similar roles.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of the API integration project lifecycle.
• Capability to manage the technical configuration of SaaS-like solutions.
• Competence in troubleshooting technical issues using data analysis tools.
• Willingness to take ownership, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and progress them independently.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project planning abilities, particularly in technology.
• Proven skills in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Ability to hold all parties accountable for their responsibilities.
