About the role

This position is central to the daily operations of our dark store, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient site functioning. You will guide your team to maintain smooth operations at our Hop locations.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Oversee timely order pickups.
• Manage the opening and closing procedures for the store.
• Coordinate with riders to ensure prompt deliveries.
• Manage the shipping area and assist with packaging orders for customers.
• Verify all deliveries are scanned and any issues are documented.
• Unload deliveries according to procedure, ensuring product placement accuracy and date rotation.
• Confirm inventory counts are correct and all areas are accounted for.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager for site efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, addressing any hazards quickly.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian.
• Prior experience in a similar operational environment is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Willingness to work 40-hour shifts weekly.
• Demonstrated experience in meeting performance targets.
