Partner Onboarding Specialist (H/F)

Join Deliveroo's Commercial team in Paris to help integrate new restaurant and merchant partners. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth sales processes and a positive onboarding experience. You will support the growth of partnerships across France.

What you'll do

• Assist the Merchant Sales team with onboarding activities, daily operations, and administrative tasks for new partners.
• Review merchant documents and conduct KYC-B (Know Your Customer Business), compliance, and due diligence checks to meet regulatory and internal policy standards.
• Serve as the main contact for partners during onboarding, guiding them through documentation requirements and answering questions.
• Maintain accurate and current merchant data within internal systems and CRM.
• Identify and report compliance risks, missing information, or anomalies, collaborating with relevant teams for resolution.
• Prepare reports, contribute to audit requests, and use Excel and operational tools to track activities and manage partner data.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to continuously improve the merchant partner integration experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Sales Support, operational support, sales administration, customer service, onboarding, compliance, or a similar role.
• Fluency in French and comfortable with English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys collaborating with various teams while also being able to work independently.
• Proficient with Google Suite tools and Excel, possessing strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance processes, partner onboarding, KYC-B checks, or document management.
• Prior experience with a CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar tool.
