About the role
We are seeking a Product & GTM Enablement Manager to oversee and expand our Revenue Enablement function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing our enablement strategy and managing a team of two. Your focus will be on ensuring that our Revenue organization is well-prepared to effectively sell, implement, and support DataSnipper.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the enablement strategy to enhance the capabilities of the Revenue organization.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment on product releases and updates.
- Train and support the Revenue team to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Analyze feedback from the Revenue team to continuously improve enablement initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to product knowledge and customer engagement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a revenue enablement or similar role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving enablement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of product management and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
Nice to have
- Experience in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms.
- Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and presentations.
