About the role
Datarails is an AI-driven FinanceOS provider with 350 employees globally. We are seeking a Partnership Manager to cultivate and manage high-value alliances within the Private Equity sector to drive revenue and platform adoption.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Establish and manage relationships with North American Private Equity firms to promote our platform to their portfolio companies.
- Handle the entire partnership lifecycle, including initial outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and long-term portfolio activation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Product, and Marketing teams to align partnership efforts with company goals.
- Act as a product expert to ensure partners can effectively recommend our solution.
- Execute co-marketing initiatives such as webinars and events to increase brand visibility.
- Create repeatable playbooks and programs to scale partnership success.
- Monitor and report on key metrics including pipeline development, partner-sourced revenue, and portfolio impact.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or alliances, specifically managing Private Equity partners at high-growth startups.
- Bachelor degree.
- Demonstrated ability to build PE relationships from the ground up and execute co-marketing campaigns that generate revenue.
- Deep understanding of Private Equity operations and how they create value for portfolio companies.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Established network within the investment or Private Equity community.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical and planning capabilities.

Practical notes
- Salary: 90k to 100k USD base plus OTE.
