Partnership Manager

About the role

Datarails is seeking a Partnership Manager to expand our alliances with ERP providers and Value Added Resellers. You will focus on driving revenue through strategic partnerships, specifically targeting the Netsuite ecosystem to scale our FinanceOS platform.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow relationships with North American ERPs and resellers to increase referral volume.
• Negotiate and formalize agreements with Netsuite VARs.
• Oversee the full partnership lifecycle from initial sourcing and onboarding to long-term retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product to align on go-to-market strategies.
• Deliver product demonstrations and enablement training to partners.
• Develop joint marketing initiatives including webinars, events, and case studies.
• Transition new partners into active, revenue-generating status.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or alliances within high-growth startup environments.
• Proven track record of working with ERPs and Netsuite VARs.
• Established professional network within the Netsuite ecosystem.
• Bachelor degree.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and co-selling processes.
• Strong analytical and planning skills to handle competing priorities.

• Familiarity with FP&A and finance technology solutions.

Practical notes

• Base salary range is 90,000 to 100,000 USD per year plus OTE.
