Order Operations Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Order Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team in Singapore. This role supports our high-growth sales organization by managing order documentation, ensuring process compliance, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration within a hybrid work environment.

What you'll do

• Review field-submitted opportunities to verify documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Resolve order form discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments.
• Manage signature requests for legal agreements, order forms, and vendor documentation.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for external marketplace orders.
• Provide ad hoc training and sales support to assist with the opportunity closing process.
• Recommend process improvements to optimize daily operations.
• Participate in project testing before implementation.
• Update internal and field-facing documentation regarding current processes.
• Meet all month-end close deadlines and escalate issues as necessary.
• Execute tasks that impact customer billing and access to Datadog services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in order management or a related field.
• Full fluency in English.
• Strong organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Japanese is highly advantageous for collaboration with Japanese stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure Marketplace.
