This position involves leading a team of Senior Project Managers across North America while maintaining a personal portfolio of customer engagements. You will define delivery standards, mentor staff, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to scale the implementation practice.

What you'll do
- Mentor and manage a team of three Senior Project Managers to ensure high-quality delivery and professional development.
- Oversee the health of the team's project portfolio, addressing blockers and serving as an escalation point.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Account Management to ensure smooth project transitions.
- Build partnerships with pre-sales and sales teams to expand the implementation services pipeline.
- Manage at least one individual customer engagement to maintain hands-on expertise.
- Develop and refine internal playbooks, tools, and delivery frameworks to support organizational growth.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in people management, specifically leading project managers or delivery teams.
- Proven background managing complex, enterprise-level SaaS implementations.
- Expertise in scope management, risk assessment, stakeholder alignment, and professional communication.
- Ability to present effectively to executive and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with pre-sales planning and deal scoping.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time via air, train, or car throughout North America.
