About the role
You will join the Professional Services team to drive project success and mitigate risks for our customers. This position involves managing the commercial and administrative aspects of multiple concurrent engagements while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the commercial delivery and administration of multiple concurrent projects across the Asean and Greater China Region, ranging from short-term individual assignments to six-month team engagements.
- Define project scope, monitor milestones, and enforce financial management protocols to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Oversee the transition of projects from sales to delivery by collaborating with account management and customer-facing teams.
- Maintain accurate project reporting and keep all stakeholders informed regarding project status and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing big data projects, including teams of up to 5 people and contract values exceeding $0.5 million.
- Proven track record in enterprise-scale project management, specifically within the big data and analytics sector.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including agile delivery.
- Experience managing both Time and Materials (T&M) and Fixed Price contract models.
- Ability to travel throughout the region as required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team mentorship capabilities.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile.
