About the role
This role leads the compensation analytics and intelligence function to improve decision-making through data. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership while building the analytical infrastructure required to manage complex global compensation programs. The position is responsible for managing enterprise-wide compensation analytics, including market benchmarking, total compensation budget forecasting, and analytical support for major program decisions. You will direct the compensation function's strategy regarding AI and data, ensuring responsible implementation and governance of analytical models and frameworks. The role involves close collaboration with Finance teams on cash compensation budgeting and spend analysis to maintain fiscal discipline and transparency. You will partner with the Executive and Equity compensation lead to model equity budgets and spend, aligning long-term incentive strategies with business objectives. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and fluctuations across total rewards to provide competitive intelligence and quarterly business reporting that guides talent decisions. The position contributes to the design of compensation programs and provides data-backed recommendations for strategic business challenges impacting global growth.

- Leverage SQL and experience with BI or analytics platforms like Tableau or AI/BI platforms to extract, transform, and visualize compensation data.
- Advise senior leadership and manage high-stakes, sensitive compensation discussions with discretion and analytical rigor.
Requirements
- Exceptional analytical ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and operational tooling that supports global compensation decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to build accurate models, reports, and dashboards used for executive-level decision-making.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with BI or analytics platforms like Tableau or AI/BI platforms to drive data-driven compensation strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in job architecture, compensation frameworks, market pricing, pay cycles, and pay-for-performance design to ensure program integrity.
- Ability to build scalable frameworks that address current needs and anticipate future requirements as the business scales across regions.
- Experience advising senior leadership and managing high-stakes, sensitive compensation discussions with executive-level stakeholders.
- Understanding of compensation regulations and compliance considerations relevant to operating in multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing large datasets and complex compensation calculations.

- Pay Ranges: Zone 1 ($217,800 - $299,550 USD), Zone 2 ($196,100 - $269,600 USD), Zone 3 ($185,200 - $254,650 USD), Zone 4 ($174,200 - $239,600 USD).
- Total compensation may include annual performance bonuses and equity.
- Access to export-controlled technology or source code may require a U.S. government license, which is at the employer's discretion.
- This role is full-time and based in the United States, requiring eligibility to work in the country without sponsorship for this position.
