We are seeking a Research Scientist specializing in Chemistry to contribute to the training of AI models. Your role will involve assessing the performance of AI chatbots, analyzing their logical reasoning, and addressing issues to enhance model quality.

What you'll do

• Pose intricate chemistry-related questions to AI chatbots and assess their responses.
• Review the outputs generated by AI models for accuracy and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of general, organic, and physical chemistry principles.
• A Master's degree and/or PhD in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience in related roles such as Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, or Process Development Chemist.

Skills & tools

• Familiarity with AI model evaluation and performance metrics.
• Proficient in using digital tools for remote work and communication.

Practical notes

Compensation is hourly, starting at $40+ USD, with potential bonuses for certain projects. Payments are processed through PayPal, and we will never request any fees from you. Currency conversions will be handled by PayPal. This position is open only to candidates located in the United States.
