Same team behind Camelot, building permissionless DEX and launchpad infra (Algebra Integral codebase, v2/v4 AMM). BD and GTM from zero — opening up the infra to agents, building integration partnerships with AI agent frameworks and on-ramp providers, setting up the entire pipeline.

• Aggregator & Data Integrations: Handled all BD and partnerships to get Cypher listed and integrated across the key infra layer — Dextools, Dex Screener, Defined, Coin Gecko, Rabby, plus aggregators and solvers. The unglamorous stuff that makes a new DEX usable from day one.
• Product Direction: Working directly with founders on product direction based on what the market and partners are telling us.

First hire after launch. Only BD/growth hire ever. Full autonomy under the Head of BD. Lean team — 3 founders, 2 devs, 1 CM, and me.

• Orbit Chain Expansion — 18 Ecosystems: Drove the rollout of Camelot’s DEX infra across 18 different Orbit chains. Every one a different ecosystem with its own team, community, and token economy. Handled all outreach, scoping, and coordination. Not a copy-paste job — each chain needed its own relationship, technical alignment, and integration path. 19th deployment is Robinhood, in the works now.
• Arbitrum Ecosystem: BD point of contact for Camelot across the entire Arbitrum ecosystem. Direct line to the Arbitrum Foundation, regular calls, ecosystem coordination. Worked with most of the OG Arbitrum teams across lending, perps, yield, and infra.
• AI / Agent Outreach: Led outreach to 60+ AI and agent teams across major chains when most DEXs hadn’t even thought about it. Multiple partnerships went live with integrations driving on-chain volume. Helped position Camelot early in the agent-accessible liquidity space.
• Inbound & Deal Flow: Reviewed 1,000+ BD inquiry forms from Discord and many more tickets. Managed the vast majority of potential partnerships myself — initial screen, DD, escalation, follow-up. Set up 90%+ of all partner TG chats going back 3 years. If a team wanted to talk to Camelot, most of the time they talked to me first.
• Devrel / Technical BD: Relayed highly technical info between partner dev teams and our own — concentrated liquidity architecture, contract integrations, deployment configs. Gave hands-on support to hundreds of teams seeding CL positions and setting up liquidity campaigns.

• Launchpad & Incubation: Reviewed hundreds of launchpad candidates end to end — tokenomics, team, product, GTM. Shared final assessments with founders, took feedback, relayed decisions. Helped incubate projects launching through our platform.
• Institutional & Strategic Deals: Closed deals with major DeFi and institutional players. First point of contact for Dinari Global in Nov 2023 — brought them onto Camelot as their first DEX when they launched on Arbitrum, before anyone else. Dinari is now the only SEC-registered broker-dealer for tokenized stocks, backed by Balaji and 500 Global, powering Gemini’s EU stock tokens. Ongoing relationship owner for Rayls (by Parfin) — the institutional blockchain powering the Central Bank of Brazil’s CBDC pilot, with Santander, J. P. Morgan Kinexys, and Tether as backers. Personally oversaw that partnership from day one and still do.
• KOL Management: Managed KOL relationships — outreach, negotiation, campaign coordination, performance. Handled campaigns for major launches, liquidity events, and ecosystem pushes.
• Pipeline & Systems: Built out BD infrastructure in Notion — lead tracking, partner boards, outreach targets, deal pipeline. Made sure nothing fell through the cracks across hundreds of active and potential relationships.

Did due diligence and R&D for a few smaller crypto VC firms. Assessed early-stage projects across DeFi, infra, and L2s — tokenomics, tech architecture, team, market fit. Heavily on-chain and embedded in high-signal communities. Built the network that made the Camelot role possible.

Ran three of my own businesses before going full-time crypto. Built the commercial instincts — sales, ops, partner management, figuring things out with no playbook.
