About the role
We are seeking a proactive Training Enablement Specialist to join our expanding Customer Training team. This role involves collaborating across departments to enhance onboarding, refine learning materials, and manage change effectively. Your primary focus will be to synthesize existing training content from various teams into clear, actionable resources for our trainers, ensuring high-quality enablement sessions.

What you'll do
- Manage multiple learning plans concurrently, prioritizing efficient execution.
- Refine current training materials to support our growing international team.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new trainers to accelerate their readiness.
- Communicate product enhancements to trainers, aiming to boost customer engagement and initial orders.
- Develop structured learning modules for updates to tools and internal procedures to facilitate workflow adoption.
- Apply best practices in enablement to ensure a positive trainer experience and achieve operational goals.
- Create scalable coaching and development frameworks for frontline leaders to support trainers throughout their careers.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proven ability to manage daily tasks and high-priority projects with speed and precision.
- A systematic approach to analyzing complex, cross-functional information and developing structured strategies.
- A self-starter mentality with the capacity to drive initiatives independently.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting scaling teams by understanding operational structures.
- Prior experience within the dental industry.
- Experience enabling teams across international markets, particularly in Europe and the US, with an understanding of cultural and geographical adaptations.
- Familiarity and enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve efficiency and content creation.
