About the role
Dandy is modernizing the dental industry through technology. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to enhance our HR operations by leading technology initiatives and improving processes. This role is crucial for ensuring our HR systems and workflows support our global expansion.
Key facts
What you'll do
Manage the complete lifecycle of HR technology projects, including system implementations and process automation.
Act as a liaison between People Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT, converting business needs into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, progress reports, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with the People Operations and Systems teams on the setup, testing, and deployment of new HR tools.
Lead efforts to document processes and manage organizational change to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
Identify opportunities for improvement in HR operations and propose solutions involving process enhancements and automation.
Requirements
Possess 4-6 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on HR or People Operations.
Demonstrate practical experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as UKG Pro, Workday, or comparable platforms.
Have a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Be comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment with evolving priorities.
Communicate effectively, explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
Nice to have
A PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.
