People Operations Senior Analyst

dandy is modernizing the dental industry with technology. We are seeking a dedicated People Operations Senior Analyst to manage and enhance our HR systems. This role is central to ensuring our internal operations run efficiently and our team members have a positive experience.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Act as the main point of contact for our primary HR system, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt, quality assistance for the People Operations team.
• Handle and prioritize incoming requests for People Systems support using Jira, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and resolution.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards within the HR system to provide insights for HR, Finance, and business leaders.
• Configure and manage various modules of the HR system, including core employee data, time tracking, leave accruals, and scheduling.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes, configuration changes, and reporting standards to support a well-organized and scalable environment.
• Collaborate with the wider People Operations team to identify and address the root causes of recurring system issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of direct experience with UKG Pro, including strong skills in report creation (using Cognos or UKG Reporting) and system configuration.
• Experience managing requests through a ticketing system like Jira.
• A commitment to providing excellent service, being responsive, clear, and patient with all internal users.
• High attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain data accuracy; experience with SOX audit controls is beneficial.
• The capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while maintaining daily operational standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with Cognos for reporting.
